Personal Progress:

187 percent of goal achieved.

Caring for animals is something I am very passionate about.  I was a volunteer at the Secaucus Animal Shelter in NJ for nearly 2 years.  I've even taken a course for Veterinary Support Assistants.
I adopted Ellie from the SPCA of Wake County on June 10, 2017 when she was 8 weeks old.
April 8th is her first birthday - to celebrate we are going to raise some money for her shelter & participate in their annual walk!  (Ellie wants me to clarify that donations are not in lieu of presents, she is still expecting birthday presents.)

Please Sponsor Us ...
We hope you'll support our efforts to help homeless pets at the SPCA of Wake County by sponsoring us in the 19th annual K9-3K Dog Walk & Woofstock.
The SPCA's mission to help homeless pets is close to our hearts - Ellie thinks every pet deserves a loving home, just not her home because she is very spoiled...
Thank you so much for helping us make a difference to homeless pets. We appreciate your support!
(To donate, click the round "Donate To My Walk Goal" button. A gift of any size is greatly appreciated!)
Making an impact ...
The SPCA of Wake County is supported by donors - the SPCA receives no funding from any national charity, plus they do not get any government funding. The SPCA of Wake County is the Triangle's largest private no-kill, managed admission animal organization. Every single animal they save is because of people who care about homeless pets. Let's make a difference together!
All our love,
Ellie & Maria
